How to get started with your request
Log into your CultX account and navigate to your portfolio to start the transfer process just click the lorry icon, tick the wine(s) you'd like to move and click on Request Transfer. Our guide will walk you through reviewing your transfer details, settlement and confirming your request.
All wines offered on CultX are in-bond and available for immediate delivery, with the exception of en primeurs and future releases. Once you submit your request and make payment for delivery, the transfer process will begin immediately.

UK in-bond transfer
If you'd like to transfer wines from your CultX portfolio to another UK bonded warehouse, select "Bonded Warehouse" as your delivery option. You'll see a drop-down list of major UK bonded warehouses to choose from.
All UK bonded transfers are charged at £13.50+VAT for the first case and £3+VAT for each additional case, with the exception of Coterie Vaults, which is treated as an in-house move and is free of charge.

UK duty-paid delivery
For customers opting for home delivery or delivery to any non-bonded address in the UK, duty-paid delivery costs are now calculated automatically when you choose the option of Home Delivery. The final cost will depend on factors such as the delivery location, the specific wines purchased, and the overall shipment size.
As all wines available on CultX are stored in-bond, they are subject to VAT and Duty at the standard UK rates. A detailed breakdown of these charges will be shown prior to settlement request.
Once your delivery request is completed our Operations Team will send the request to the warehouse. Deliveries are arranged through our UK warehouse network and are typically completed within 2 to 5 days. If you have a specific delivery deadline, please inform our team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Singapore delivery
CultX offers regular consolidated shipments to Singapore, providing a seamless, duty-paid delivery process. Delivery costs and local taxes are outlined in the table below. Your exact delivery cost will be calculated automatically, with the option to pay immediately.
In Singapore, wine is subject to excise duty of $88 SGD per litre of alcohol, plus 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST). For a standard 750ml bottle at 13% ABV, this works out to approximately $8.58 SGD in excise duty alone, with GST calculated separately on top of the purchase price and duty combined.Your wines remain in their original packaging throughout. Local delivery in Singapore is done in temperature-controlled vehicles.
Once payment is made, your request will be sent to our Operations Team, who will handle export release and advise you of expected timelines.
To ensure timely fulfilment, CultX operates weekly deliveries to Singapore. Depending on when you place your order, you can expect your cases to arrive within 10 to 20 calendar days.

USA delivery
CultX now offers delivery to 33 US states and Washington, DC. The all-in price, including freight, insurance, US registration, and local taxes, is calculated automatically, with the option to pay immediately. Pricing is calculated per order based on destination and case size. See your portfolio for an instant quote.
Once your delivery request is processed, our Operations Team will notify our transport partner, Connoisseur, who will collect your wine. Your wines will move to their UK hub, then on to their US hub nearest your final destination. In the US, wines are delivered via courier service (UPS or similar); for the safety of the product, they'll be repacked into protective boxes, with the original case shipped alongside.
Please note this service uses non-temperature-controlled courier delivery. We recommend avoiding shipment during periods of extreme heat or cold.
*States currently not covered: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia.
Release to transporter
CultX offers the option to release your wines under bond to your own chosen transport partner at no extra charge. Simply select "Release for Collection" and add your transporter's full business name, contact email, and contact person.
As all wines are held in-bond, your transport partner must be accredited to collect bonded goods in the UK. This means they'll need to provide a valid Movement Guarantee Number (MGN) before your stock can be prepared for collection.
